Vail Sunset Elopement

There are few days in life that we accept fully in their beauty and imperfections as our wedding day.  A few hurdles that Lisa and Sal had to overcome were traveling to Colorado on their wedding day and Lisa having a bit of a cold that caused quite a bit of lost sleep the night before.  However, they did not let any of those stresses affect the perfection of their day.  They were blessed with a majestic mountain sunset and beautiful weather.  Matt Scherr officiated the most thoughtful and poignant ceremony.  My favorite part was his calling the wedding ring his favorite fidget spinner ever.  The wandering tourists ended up being the  guests at this wedding.  Matt announced this couple husband and wife, the tourists cheered and Sal thanked all of them for coming.   Afterwards we headed to The Tavern for drinks and the signing of the marriage license.  Sal toasted the day and we all enjoyed fabulous conversation as the sky grew dark and the gondola lit up with lights.
